Our 3kw IPG laser allows us to process materials up to 3/4" steel. The cutting bed and exchange table lets us load two 5x10 sheets of material at a time. We are able to cut materials from low carbon steel, chromoly steel and aluminum.

We offer both small production runs along with large quantity runs of parts! We know that a lot of times you do not need 10,000 of the same part. We are happy to accommodate those smaller quantity runs.

We are equipped with an 8' 90 Ton Cincinnati Autoform press brake. Our accompanied 6 axis back gauge allows us to form metal parts with great precision and speed.

Metal forming is a great second process for those parts that we cut on the laser and then need to be bent and formed to shape.

We realize that not everyone has the ability to take an idea and draw it up on a CAD program to be cut and formed later.

We offer the ability to take those "napkin drawings" you have and put them on a computer and have them drawn in Solidworks. From here we can take those files and process them on the laser and/or brake to bring that part you have been dreaming of to life!
