This client approached us with a vision to engineer a specialized bed for their crane truck, designed to maximize operational efficiency on job sites. The solution enables their crane truck to transport a 40' float trailer to the site, then transition to our custom bed in under 30 minutes—eliminating downtime and enabling autonomous material handling operations without requiring additional support vehicles.
This is one of our four-door crew cab builds, fully customized for a client. The truck features a 12-foot bed with an engineered full-length rack system rated for 6,000 lbs evenly distributed. Additional specifications include our hydraulic winch bumper equipped with a DP 12K winch and capstan setup, heavy-duty step assemblies, and a comprehensive storage box configuration.
A notable feature of this build is the custom reel mounting system, designed to accommodate either dual smaller wire reels or a single 6,000 lb capacity reel. We engineered and fabricated all mounting brackets and mandrels in-house to ensure precision fit and durability.
This is our company truck. We use it for research and development and to showcase our products. Our modular designs allow us to swap components—including bumpers and front racks—quickly and easily to demonstrate different configurations tailored to your fleet's needs.

The build included a complete PTO system, front-mounted DP winch bumper, full rack, complete bed box set, and integrated under-bed storage boxes—all seamlessly integrated into a single, cohesive truck bed system.
Some clients require heavy-haul capabilities, exemplified by this single-cab F600 truck engineered to transport heavy equipment. We designed a straightforward yet highly effective solution, outfitting the bed with specialized storage boxes and a transfer tank to meet demanding operational requirements.
The truck was immediately deployed for service, completing its first delivery directly from our facility—transporting a custom-built repair auger basket to the client's operational yard.
